How do I reset my password?
Click "Login" and select "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. You'll receive a password reset email within seconds.
Can I change my AI agent's voice?
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Configuration → Agent and select a new voice from our library of 12 professionally trained AI voices.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing & Usage. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can request a full data export from Dashboard → Configuration → Portability at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day free trial on all plans. Because you can try the full platform before paying, we generally do not offer refunds. See our Terms of Service for details.
How do I install the widget on my website?
Go to Dashboard → Configuration → Widget Install for your embed code. We also have one-click guides for WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, and more.
