How Payouts Work

Step 1

60-Day Quality Lock

When a referral pays their first invoice, your commission is generated and held in a Pending state for 60 days to ensure customer retention and protect program integrity.

Step 2

Stripe Connect Payout

After 60 days of the customer remaining active and in good standing, your commission clears and is transferred to your connected Stripe account. Our admin team triggers payouts.

Step 3

6-Month Clawback Policy

If a referred customer cancels within 6 months of your payout, the commission is clawed back from your future earnings. Pre-payout cancellations are simply voided.

How does tracking work?
When you create a tracking link in your Partner Portal, we set a first-party cookie with a 90-day attribution window. Any prospect who visits through your link and signs up within 90 days is automatically attributed to you — no manual tracking required. We also support UTM parameters for campaign-level reporting.
When do I get paid?
After a referred customer pays their first invoice, your commission enters a 60-day quality lock period to ensure the customer retains. Once the lock period passes and the customer is still active, the commission clears. Our admin team then triggers the payout via Stripe Connect directly to your connected bank account.
What if my referral cancels?
If the referral cancels before your commission has been paid out (during the 60-day lock), the pending commission is simply voided — no action needed on your part. If the cancellation happens after payout but within 6 months, the commission amount is clawed back and deducted from your future earnings.
How do I apply?
Apply through the Partner Portal by clicking 'Access Partner Portal' above. You'll fill out a brief screening form about your company, promotion channel, and audience. Our partnerships team reviews every application — typically within 24 hours — to ensure alignment. Approved partners get instant access to tracking links, creatives, and the real-time dashboard.
What marketing assets do I get?
Approved partners receive a full brand kit including logos, niche-specific banner ads (300×250), embed code snippets, and QR codes for each tracking link. All links support UTM parameters for advanced campaign attribution. We also provide industry-specific creatives for verticals like HVAC, plumbing, pest control, and more.
